30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


How to Start a Return

Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product or incorrect item), we’ll cover return shipping costs.

  • If returning for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind), you are responsible for return shipping.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Used or damaged items not due to manufacturer defect

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or clearance items (if marked “final sale”)


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@rushebike.com.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or stops working due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us immediately with photos or video. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue — including repair, replacement, or refund.


Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
